Returns & Refunds
Please note: We are unable to accept returns for products purchased through our approved vendors such as QVC, Amazon, Home Hardware, etc.
All returns will be inspected to ensure that the product has been returned in full. If product has not been returned in full, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly based on the percentage of the product that has been returned. Returns with missing product may be charged a restocking fee of 15% of purchase price plus cost of missing product.
Please include your 4 digit Order Number with your return. This can be found on the packing slip included with your order, or on the email confirmation sent when your order was processed.
Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for your purchase.
When returning an order, we recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx, allowing you to track your package.
We are unable to accept returns COD.
Please allow up to 10 days for processing your return.
