All returns will be inspected to ensure that the product has been returned in full. If product has not been returned in full, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly based on the percentage of the product that has been returned.
Please note we are unable to accept returns for products purchased at other retail locations, through other websites or other vendors.
Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note that we do not refund original or return shipping charges. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express which allow you to track your package. We are unable to accept a return COD. Please note that it may take up to ten business days for your refund to be processed.
