Returns

All returns will be inspected to ensure that the product has been returned in full. If product has not been returned in full, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly based on the percentage of the product that has been returned. Returns with missing product may be charged a restocking fee of 15% of purchase price plus cost of missing product.

Please note: We are unable to accept returns for product purchased at independent retail locations, through other websites, or from vendors other than Beehive Picture Hangers.

Refunds will be issued in the same payment form as was utilized for your purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable. When returning an order, we recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express which allow you to track your package. We are unable to accept a return COD.

Please note that it may take up to ten business days for your refund to be processed.

Please note that during promotional periods, promotional offers cannot be applied towards previous purchases.
